Original Hire Date. Employee's Original Hire Date shall be used for determining all other benefits.
Original Hire Date. Probation shall begin on the original hire date of the Employee. The original hire date includes fellowship positions and other full-time U.S. staff positions at EarthRights outside of the bargaining unit, so long as all work was continuous or with a break in service of no more than one calendar year.
