Outside of the Bargaining Unit. In addition to their regular salaries, employees who are required to perform duties, or assume responsibilities which lie outside the scope of the bargaining unit shall receive a premium equal to ten percent (10%) of their regular daily salary. The premium shall be paid for each day, whole or in part, that an employee performs out of bargaining unit work.
Outside of the Bargaining Unit. A member of the Bargaining Unit, as defined in Article Definitions and Scope, shall not be required by the Employer to complete performance appraisals of a member of another bargaining unit.
