Other Basic Services. 2.8.1 The Project Consultant shall render to Owner without additional compensation, any proper and reasonable assistance which Owner may require as a result of any claim or any action brought relating to Project Consultant's services. Preparation of detailed analysis or documentation (if requested by Owner) shall be a supplemental service under Article 2.
Other Basic Services. The Program Manager shall render other basic services that are customary in work of this character and may be conducive to economy and sound construction management.

The Consultant shall also, at the Owner’s request, attend sessions or prepare required documents and plans for and make presentations regarding the Project to persons (including the Owner and its committees, boards and staff) as the Owner may require.
2.3.2 The Consultant shall maintain Project records in an orderly manner according to filing systems approved by the Owner, including complete and accurate records of the Project correspondence, Project meeting minutes, product data and samples, supplementary Drawings, and such other schedules, reports and other documents as are prepared or received by the Consultant and its sub-consultants in connection with the Project. The Owner and its representatives shall have the right to examine such Project records at any time, and to obtain copies thereof.
Other Basic Services. 2.4.1 All drawing-profile sheets shall use the standard TxDOT signature block and title sheet. If the proposed improvements for a street include both water and sewer (storm and/or sanitary), the drawing-profile sheets shall have all the utilities on the same sheet.
2.4.2 Bid item format shall conform to the current edition of the TxDOT Specifications. Any modifications will be subject to the approval of TxDOT. Bid quantities shall fully represent the quantities required to complete the Project.
