Project Correspondence. Contractor shall provide District with a copy of all written communications between Contractor and District’s consultants at the same time as that communication is made to such consultants, including, without limitation, all requests for information, correspondence, submittals, notices, and change order proposals. Contractor shall confirm oral communications in writing. Project Boundary. Contractor shall confine operations at the site to areas permitted by law, ordinances, permits, and the Contract Documents and shall not unreasonably encumber the site with materials or equipment.

This should included such letters as the initial SHPO survey request, project letters between the contractor and archaeologist, the SHPO review of the draft, and the final SHPO sign-off letter. Prior to the work commencing, sealcoat notices will be posted to all residents that will be affected by the work areas which will have Project Manager contact information as well as how to access any updates via xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx. On the PaveMap website will be a detailed outline of the project so everyone will be aware of where the work areas will be at present and future throughout the entirety of the project.

  • Correspondence The Employer agrees that all correspondence between the Employer and the Union related to matters covered in this Agreement, shall be sent to the President of the Union or designate. The Employer agrees that a copy of any correspondence between the Employer or Employer's official and any employees in the bargaining unit covered by this Agreement, pertaining to the interpretation or application of any clause in this Agreement, shall be forwarded to the President of the Union or designate.

  • NOTICES AND CORRESPONDENCE Notices regarding the subject matter of this Agreement or breach or termination thereof shall be in writing and shall be addressed in duplicate to the last known address of each other party, marked respectively to the attention of its President and, if any, its General Counsel.

  • Construction Reports Each Constructing Entity shall issue reports to each other Construction Party on a monthly basis, and at such other times as reasonably requested, regarding the status of the construction and installation of the Interconnection Facilities. Each Construction Party shall promptly identify, and shall notify each other Construction Party of, any event that the Construction Party reasonably expects may delay completion, or may significantly increase the cost, of the Interconnection Facilities. Should a Construction Party report such an event, Transmission Provider shall, within fifteen days of such notification, convene a technical meeting of the Construction Parties to evaluate schedule alternatives.

  • Commercialization Reports Throughout the term of this Agreement and during the Sell-Off Period, and within thirty (30) days of December 31st of each year, Company will deliver to University written reports of Company’s and Sublicensees’ efforts and plans to develop and commercialize the innovations covered by the Licensed Rights and to make and sell Licensed Products. Company will have no obligation to prepare commercialization reports in years where (a) Company delivers to University a written Sales Report with active sales, and (b) Company has fulfilled all Performance Milestones. In relation to each of the Performance Milestones each commercialization report will include sufficient information to demonstrate achievement of those Performance Milestones and will set out timeframes and plans for achieving those Performance Milestones which have not yet been met.

  • Development Reports Beginning six months after Effective Date and ending on the date of first commercial sale of a Licensed Product in the United States, LICENSEE shall report to Cornell progress covering LICENSEE's (and Affiliate's and Sublicensee's) activities and efforts in the development of rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement for the preceding six months. The report shall include, but not be limited to, activities and efforts to develop and test all Licensed Products and obtain governmental approvals necessary for marketing the same. Such semi-annual reports shall be due within sixty days (60) of the reporting period and shall use the form as provided herein as Appendix C.

  • Project Reports The Recipient shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators agreed with the Association. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Association not later than one month after the end of the period covered by such report.
