Other Classifications. (a) This sub-clause applies to Train Crew Operations Inspectors, and PFM Supervisor Operations/Maintenance.
(b) Each Employee's salary will be reviewed annually taking into account their performance and development assessment. Following the review Employees will receive salary progression, where applicable, to the appropriate performance level, provided that an Employee will not progress more than two pay levels following each review.
Other Classifications. Interested qualified unit employees at a facility shall have the first opportunity for all overtime/extra time in their classification series, based on seniority, followed by other interested qualified employees at other buildings.
Other Classifications. The Town will only use the classification of “regular full-time employee”, “regular part-time employee”, and “temporary employee”.
Other Classifications. Duties not normally performed by paraprofessionals but associated with other classifications, shall not be assigned paraprofessionals. Paraprofessionals who are placed with students that have special medical needs will be provided with training to meet the medical needs of that student. If a Paraprofessional is qualified to teach the district may utilize that Paraprofessional if no substitute is available. They are to be paid the substitute teacher scale, or para wage, whichever is higher. Whenever possible, toileting should involve another adult.
Other Classifications. Fill a vacancy in another classification in which they hold seniority or, if no such vacancy exists, displace the most junior Employee in that classification at that location if senior enough, or, if not senior enough, displace the most junior Employee in the system in that classification.
Other Classifications. Other appointments covered by this Agreement may be made only in the following classifications:
(a) Senior Instructor;
(b) Librarian;
(c) Limited Term;
(d) Artist-in-Residence (e) Lecturer, and
Other Classifications. 1. Employees assigned to a Perimeter Security position shall normally be scheduled five (5) eight (8) hour shifts for forty (40) hours in each seven (7) day work period.
2. Employees assigned to an Auto Maintenance Technician, or a Maintenance Technician position shall normally be scheduled five (5) eight (8) hours shifts, Monday through Friday, for forty (40) hours in each seven (7) day work period. In the event the Employer determines that the shift structure for employees covered by this Agreement shall be changed to a substantially different structure than existed as of the date of execution of this Agreement, the Employer agrees to meet with representatives of the Union, upon request, for the purpose of discussing and reviewing any problems which may result from such change.
Other Classifications. (a) This sub-clause applies to PFM Supervisor Operations/Maintenance.
(b) Each Employee's salary will be reviewed annually taking into account their performance and development assessment. Following the review Employees will receive salary progression, where applicable, to the appropriate performance level, provided that an Employee will not progress more than two pay levels following each review.
Other Classifications. The filling of other jobs in this district will be on a system seniority basis subject to the requirements and procedures established for the acceptance of bids on particular jobs as set out in this Agreement.
