Wet Work. (a) Employees, other than those whose ordinary work is at times associated with water, working in any place where their clothing or boots become saturated shall be paid as set out at item 11B of Schedule 2B per hour extra while required to work in such clothing or boots.
(b) This allowance shall not be payable where suitable protective clothing and/or footwear is provided by the Employer.
Wet Work. A Background Actor required to get wet shall receive additional compensation per day in the amount of: 01/01/24 01/01/25 Wet Work $17.50 $18.75 The Background Actor may refuse to get wet and, if so, shall receive 1/2 day’s pay for wet work, or the actual hours worked, whichever is greater.
Wet Work. An employee required to work in a place where water is continually dripping on him/her so that their clothing and boots become wet or where there is water underfoot shall be paid 44 cents per hour or part thereof: in addition to the rates otherwise prescribed in this Agreement.
Wet Work. A staff member working in any place where water is continually dripping on the staff member so that clothing and boots become wet, or where there is water underfoot, shall be paid a wet work rate per hour whilst so engaged. The quantum of the rate shall be 0.06% of the weekly salary for HEW level 4, step 1.
Wet Work. (a) Any employee working under conditions which are exceptionally wet from any cause, will be paid $3.89 extra for the first hour or part thereof and $1.02 extra per hour or part thereof for each further hour. Payment will be paid from the first occurrence of the penalty until the employee ceases work for the day.
(b) Any employee working in a place where water other than rain is continually dropping from overhead so that the clothing of the employee becomes appreciably wet, or where there is water underfoot so that the feet of the employee become damp will be paid $3.11 per day extra.
(c) When an employee is working under conditions of an exceptionally wet and dirty nature, they will be paid $11.59 per day extra.
Wet Work a) An employee who is required to work in a wet place will be provided with adequate protection. A wet place will mean a place where the clothing of the employee becomes saturated or a place where the employee has to stand in water or slush so that the employee’s feet become wet.
b) In the event the Company does not provide adequate wet weather protection, the employee must be paid an amount of 10% of the standard rate as defined in the Horticulture Award for each hour they are required to work in the wet place.

(a) Suburban Electric Services Tradespersons (including Leading Hands) and their assistants employed on maintenance work in Suburban Electric Services Depots shall be paid an allowance as set out at item 20 of Schedule 3B per week for all the disabilities associated with their work.
(b) Employees designated as mechanical or electrical equipment examiners shall be paid an allowance as set out at item 21 of Schedule 3B per week.
