Other Considerations. 1. The District may assign another evaluator(s) to review the performance of a teacher at any time during the evaluation process. A teacher proposed for a Remediation Plan has the right to request and be given a second evaluation by a different District evaluator prior to the implementation of the Remediation Plan. The District evaluator will be selected by the teacher from a list of fifteen (15) evaluators generated by the Executive Director of Human Resources. This list will be updated for each selection.
