Other Contents. Except as hereinabove expressly agreed and amended, all of the terms and conditions of the Original Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. For avoidance of doubt, if any of the provisions of this Amendment conflicts with any terms and conditions of the Original Agreement, this Amendment shall supersede the Original Agreement with respect to the subject matter herein.
