Other Disciplinary Actions. 29.3.1 In disciplinary actions other than oral warnings and written reprimands, the District shall give notice of such discipline in writing to the employee before placing documentation in his/her personnel file. The employee shall have the right to appeal the disciplinary action to the superintendent within five (5) working days of its receipt. If the employee is dissatisfied with the superintendent's response, he/she may request a hearing pursuant to section 29.5 within five (5) days after receipt of the superintendent's response.
