Other Electric Systems. 5.1 The Exclusive Service Areas, as between the Cooperative and Company, defined in Articles 3 and 4, include the cities of Kennett, Malden and Xxxxxxxx (hereinafter individually referred to as City), which operate and maintain municipally-owned electric facilities.
Other Electric Systems. This Agreement shall in no way impair or affect either party's right to construct such electric generation, distribution, and transmission facilities within the designated exclusive service area of the other as that party deems necessary, appropriate, or convenient to provide electric service to its customers and not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement and as otherwise allowed by Laws and Regulations.
