Other Employment Benefits. As an employee of the Company, the Executive shall participate in and receive such other fringe benefits as may be in effect from time to time for employees of the Company, whether or not specifically enumerated herein and whether or not through any written plan or arrangement, upon satisfaction by the Executive of the eligibility requirements therefor. Any such benefits shall be upon terms and conditions comparable to the benefits, if any, provided other executive officers of the Company.
