Common use of Other Employment Benefits Clause in Contracts

As an employee of the Company, Employee shall participate in and receive such other fringe benefits as may be in effect from time to time for employees of similar tenure and position in the Company, whether or not specifically enumerated herein and whether or not through any written plan or arrangement, upon satisfaction by Employee of the eligibility requirements therefor.
