Other Entities Executive agrees to serve if appointed, without additional compensation, as an officer and director for each of the Company’s subsidiaries, partnerships, joint ventures, limited liability companies and other affiliates, including entities in which the Company has a significant investment as determined by the Company. As used in this Agreement, the term “affiliates” will mean any entity controlled by, controlling, or under common control of the Company.
Other Evidence The Company and the Stockholder shall have received from the Purchaser such further certificates and documents evidencing due action in accordance with this Agreement, including certified copies of proceedings of the Board of Directors of the Purchaser, as the Company and the Stockholder reasonably shall request.
Company Ownership of Other Entities The Company does not own an interest in any corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, trust or other entity.
Ownership of Other Entities Other than the subsidiaries of the Company listed in Exhibit 21 to the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2018, the Company, directly or indirectly, owns no capital stock or other equity or ownership or proprietary interest in any corporation, partnership, association, trust or other entity.
Enterprise Clarify specific needs of client/other employees; provide information and advice; follow-up on client/employee needs; clarify the nature of a verbal message; identify options for resolution and act accordingly.
Association Activities The parties agree employees shall have the right to form, join, and participate in the lawful activities of the Association for the purpose of representation in matters of employment relations. No employee shall be interfered with, restrained, coerced, or discriminated against because of the exercise of such rights.
Associations Where Associations are shown as Special Terms in the Rights Table relating to Firm Rights, Network Rail’s Flexing Rights shall not be used to break such Associations.
Effect on Other Entitlements Community service leave for jury service will count as service for all purposes.
Other Business The Member may engage in or possess an interest in other business ventures (unconnected with the Company) of every kind and description, independently or with others. The Company shall not have any rights in or to such independent ventures or the income or profits therefrom by virtue of this Agreement.
Other Events There occurs any other event of a nature that would be required to be reported in response to Item 6(e) of Schedule 14A of Regulation 14A (or any successor rule) (or a response to any similar item on any similar schedule or form) promulgated under the Exchange Act (as defined below), whether or not the Company is then subject to such reporting requirement.
