Other Group Insurance. Xx. Xxxxxxx has the right to convert his other group life insurance coverage to an individual policy and self-pay for such coverage under the terms and conditions of the Company’s plans.

Other Group Insurance. 5.1. Group life and long-term disability insurance. Xxxxxx shall have the right to convert his basic group life insurance coverage to an individual policy under the terms and conditions of the Company’s plans. Xxxxxx acknowledges that the basic group long-term disability insurance coverage provided by the Company is not portable and will terminate on the date of termination. Payment for continued coverage under the basic group life insurance plan, if any, shall be as set forth in Schedule A. 5.2. Supplemental life insurance policy (flexible premium variable life insurance through Security Life of Denver). With regards to the supplemental life insurance policy covering Xxxxxx taken out by the Company through Security Life of Denver, the Company will work with Xxxxxx to transfer ownership of the policy from the Company to Xxxxxx. Payment for continued coverage under the supplemental life insurance plan, if any, shall be as set forth in Schedule A. 5.3. Supplemental disability insurance policy (through the Principal Financial Group). With regards to the supplemental disability insurance policy taken out by the Company through the Principal Financial Group, the Company will work with Xxxxxx to transfer ownership of the policy from the Company to Xxxxxx. Payment for continued coverage under the supplemental disability life insurance plan, if any, shall be as set forth in Schedule A.

  • Group Insurance All employees covered by this Agreement shall receive the same group insurance benefits as provided to other County employees in accordance with the County Benefit Program.

  • Insurance The Company and the Subsidiaries are insured by insurers of recognized financial responsibility against such losses and risks and in such amounts as are prudent and customary in the businesses in which the Company and the Subsidiaries are engaged, including, but not limited to, directors and officers insurance coverage. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary has any reason to believe that it will not be able to renew its existing insurance coverage as and when such coverage expires or to obtain similar coverage from similar insurers as may be necessary to continue its business without a significant increase in cost.

  • Other Insurance If requested by the Director, Contractor shall furnish adequate evidence of Social Security and Unemployment Compensation Insurance, to the extent applicable to Contractor’s operations under this Agreement.

  • Other Insurances Contractor may be required to carry additional insurance based upon the nature of the work to be performed (scope of services). For each additional required insurance, a corresponding certificate of insurance must be provided. Claims-made policies must have a retroactive date either prior to the effective date of the Contract or the beginning of the Contract work. Claims-made coverage must extend a minimum of twelve (12) months beyond completion of Contract work or end of current Contract, whichever is later. If coverage is cancelled or non-renewed, and not replaced with another claims made policy with a retroactive date prior to the Contract effective date, the Contractor must purchase extended reporting coverage for a minimum of twelve (12) months beyond completion of Contract work. Contractor shall maintain a policy limit of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) per incident, with a deductible or self-insured retention not to exceed *$2,500 unless approved by the County.

  • Excess Insurance All policies providing excess coverage to City shall follow the form of the primary policy or policies including but not limited to all endorsements.

  • Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide a Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance to provide excess coverage above the Commercial General Liability, Commercial Business Automobile Liability and the Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability to satisfy the minimum limits set forth herein. The umbrella coverage shall follow form with the Umbrella limits required as follows: $ 2,000,000 per Occurrence $2,000,000 per Occurrence $ 4,000,000 Aggregate $10,000,000 Aggregate Additional Requirements for Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance are shown below at Paragraph 1.5.3.3.6.

  • Umbrella Insurance During the term of this Contract, Supplier will maintain umbrella coverage over Employer’s Liability, Commercial General Liability, and Commercial Automobile. Minimum Limits: $2,000,000

  • Business Insurance The Transaction Entities and their respective subsidiaries carry or are entitled to the benefits of insurance, with financially sound and reputable insurers, in such amounts and covering such risks as is generally maintained by companies of established repute engaged in the same or similar business, and all such insurance is in full force and effect. Neither of the Transaction Entities has any reason to believe that it or any of their respective subsidiaries will not be able to (A) renew, if desired, its existing insurance coverage as and when such policies expire or (B) obtain comparable coverage from similar institutions as may be necessary or appropriate to conduct its business as now conducted and at a cost that would not reasonably be expected to, singly or in the aggregate, result in a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Travel Insurance The Employer shall provide and pay the full cost for travel insurance to cover all members of the bargaining unit for all modes of travel, in the amount of $200,000.00. The travel insurance policy shall also cover employees while on union business.
