Other Leaves for Service or Scholarship. A leave of absence without pay of up to two (2) years shall be granted to any tenure teacher who joins the Peace Corps, or VISTA, and is a full-time participant in either program, or who receives and accepts a Fulbright Scholarship.

All teachers shall notify the administration as soon as possible, but no later than 60 days of intention to take such a leave.
