Other Procedures, Terms, and Conditions a. The XXXXXXX DISTRICT shall provide the SCHOOL DISTRICT with current information pertaining to the procedures, terms, and conditions specified by its governing board regarding the following:
i. Enrollment period
ii. Student fees
iii. Number of class hours sufficient to meet the stated performance objectives (if applicable)
iv. Supervision and evaluation of students

b. The XXXXXXX DISTRICT and the SCHOOL DISTRICT shall adhere to applicable procedures, terms, conditions set forth by federal, state, and local regulations related to Dual Enrollment partnerships.
c. The XXXXXXX DISTRICT shall assess the Dual Enrollment partnership and the provisions of this AGREEMENT in accordance with XXXXXXX DISTRICT guidelines regarding the review of its programs and

12.4. The COLLEGE DISTRICT shall assess the CCAP partnership and the provisions of this AGREEMENT in accordance with COLLEGE DISTRICT guidelines regarding the review of its programs and partnership agreements.

12.4. NVCCD shall assess the CCAP partnership and the provisions of this AGREEMENT in accordance with NVCCD guidelines regarding the review of its programs and partnership agreements.
