Other Property Rights. (a) Seller's interest as landlord in the lease for the tenant of the Real Property on the Closing Date (as defined in Section 6.1) as listed on Exhibit M (herein the "LEASE"); and (b) if and to the extent assignable by Seller without any expense to Seller, (i) all service, supply, maintenance, utility and commission agreements, all equipment leases, and all contracts, subcontracts and agreements relating to the construction of any unfinished tenant improvements and any additional service, supply, maintenance or utility contracts entered into in accordance with the terms of Subsection 9.2.1 hereof (all of the foregoing being herein collectively called the "CONTRACTS"), and (ii) all licenses, permits and other written authorizations necessary for the use, operation or ownership of the Real Property or Personal Property (the rights and interests of Seller described in clauses (a) through (b) hereinabove being herein collectively called the "OTHER PROPERTY RIGHTS").
Other Property Rights. All easements, leasehold, and other property interests, all utility and other services (including gas, electrical, telephone, water and sewage services and facilities), means of transportation, facilities, other materials and other rights that are reasonably necessary for the operation of the Mortgaged Property in accordance with applicable requirements of law have been procured or are commercially available to the Mortgaged Property at commercially reasonable rates and, to the extent appropriate, arrangements have been made on commercially reasonable terms for such easements, interests, services, means of transportation, facilities, materials, and rights. The Land is taxed separately without regard to any other property and has been subdivided from all other property in compliance with applicable laws. No subdivision or other approval is necessary with respect to the Premises in order for Grantor to mortgage, convey, or otherwise deal with the Premises as a separate lot or parcel.
Other Property Rights. If the quoted price of the goods is stated to include special dies, molds, tools, and patterns used in the manufacture of such goods, then the same shall be and becomes the property of the Purchaser. Such property found in the Seller's custody or control shall be maintained in good condition and shall be held at the Seller's risk. No dies, molds, tools, patterns or drawings supplied to the Seller by or otherwise belonging to the Purchaser shall be used in the production, manufacture or design of any goods other than those specified in this Order, except with the express written consent of the Purchaser nor shall the same be furnished or quoted to any other person(s). Such property shall be removed at the Purchaser's written demand in which event the Seller shall immediately re-deliver the same to the Purchaser in the same condition as originally received by the Seller, reasonable wear and tear excepted.
Other Property Rights. If and to the extent assignable by Seller, (i) all service, supply, maintenance and utility agreements described in Exhibit B-2 attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (all of the foregoing being herein collectively called the “Contracts”), and (ii) to the extent that the same have been obtained by Seller prior to the Closing (as defined in Section 5.1), any licenses, permits, guaranties, warranties, and other written authorizations necessary for the use, operation or ownership of the Real Property or Personal Property (the rights and interests of Seller described in clauses (a) through (b) hereinabove being herein collectively called the “Other Property Rights”).
Other Property Rights. All other rights and interests on, under, above or related to the Land and/or Improvements and/or Fixtures, including all appurtenances, easements, rights of way or uses, strips and gores of land, vaults, streets, ways, alleys, passages, sewer rights and all water, ditch, well, reservoir and drainage rights, mineral rights, air rights and development rights, and all land lying in the bed of any street, road or avenue, in front of or adjoining the Land to the center thereof, or which hereafter shall in any way belong, relate or be appurtenant thereto and all minerals, crops, timber, trees, shrubs, flowers and landscaping features now or hereafter located on, under or above the Land (“Other Property Rights”),

(a) Seller's interest as landlord in all leases, licenses and occupancy agreements encumbering the Real Property on the Closing Date (as defined in Section 6.1) including, without limitation, those existing leases described on Exhibit K-1; and (b) if and to the extent assignment is not prohibited by their terms, (i) all service, supply, maintenance, utility and commission
Other Property Rights. (a) Prudential's interest as landlord in all leases encumbering the Real Property on the Closing Date (as defined in Section 6.2); (b) if and to the extent assignable by Prudential, (i) all service, supply, maintenance, utility and commission agreements, all equipment leases, and all contracts, subcontracts and agreements, if any, relating to the construction of any unfinished tenant improvements and described in EXHIBIT B attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, and (ii) all licenses, permits and other written authorizations necessary for the use, operation or ownership of the Real Property or Personal Property and in Prudential's possession or control (the rights and interests of Prudential described in clauses (a) through (b) hereinabove being herein collectively called the "OTHER PROPERTY RIGHTS").
Other Property Rights. (a) Seller's interest as landlord in all leases encumbering the Real Property on the Closing Date (as defined in Section 6.1); (b) if and to the extent assignable by Seller, (i) all service, supply, maintenance, utility and commission agreements, all equipment leases entered into in connection with the maintenance and operation of the Property, and all contracts, subcontracts and agreements relating to the construction of any unfinished tenant improvements, including, without limitation, the agreements described in EXHIBIT B attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, and (ii) Seller's interest in all licenses, permits and other written authorizations necessary for the use, operation or ownership of the Real Property or Personal Property; and (c) all rights of Seller (if any) to the name "St. Clair Square", to the extent such rights are assignable (it being acknowledged by Buyer that Seller does not have exclusive rights to use such name and that Seller has not registered the same in any manner) (the rights and interests of Seller described in clauses (a) through (c) hereinabove being herein collectively called the "Other Property Rights").
Other Property Rights. All and singular the estates, rights, privileges, easements, and appurtenances belonging or in any way appertaining to the Land.
Other Property Rights. Each party expressly undertakes to retain in confidence all information and trade secrets transmitted by the other party that have been designated as proprietary and/or confidential, or by the nature of the circumstances surrounding the disclosure, ought in good faith to be treated as proprietary and/ or confidential, and will make no use or disclosure of such information or trade secrets except under the terms of the Program, or unless authorized to do so by the disclosing party. Intl.SOS shall own and have the exclusive right to all data, documents, intellectual property and software used or generated by it with respect to the Program and shall have the right to retain copies of any documents provided to it.
