Price of the Goods. 18.1 The price for the Goods will be the price specified in the acknowledgement of order and, unless otherwise expressly specified in such written acknowledgement of order, is exclusive of any:
18.1.1 costs of packaging and carriage of the Goods; and
18.1.2 value added tax or other applicable sales tax or duty which will be added to the sum in question.
18.2 cost of any pallets and returnable packaging or containers, which will be paid for by Buyer in addition to the price for the Goods when it is due to pay for the Goods.
18.3 Supplier will be entitled to increase the price of the Goods following any changes in the Specification made at the request of Buyer and agreed by Supplier or to cover any extra expense as a result of Buyer’s instructions or lack of instructions, or to comply with the requirements referred to in clause 17.3.1.
Price of the Goods. The prices of the goods offered by the companies in the based contracts will include all the expenses related to the delivery of the goods, with the exception of the transport and the customs expenses.
Price of the Goods. 4.1 The price of the Goods shall be the price set out in the Contract or, where no price has been quoted (or a quoted price is no longer valid), the price listed in the Seller’s standard price list current at the date of acceptance of the order. All prices quoted are valid for 30 days only or until earlier acceptance by the Buyer, after which time they may be altered by the Seller without giving notice to the Buyer.
4.2 The Seller reserves the right, by giving Written notice to the Buyer at any time before delivery, to increase the price of the Goods to reflect any increase in the cost to the Seller which is due to any factor beyond the control of the Seller (such as, without limitation, any foreign exchange fluctuation, currency regulation, alteration of duties, significant increase in the costs of materials or other costs), any change in delivery dates, quantities or specifications for the Goods which is requested by the Buyer, or any delay caused by any instructions of the Buyer or failure of the Buyer to give the Seller adequate information or instructions.
4.3 Except as otherwise stated in the Contract quotation or in any price list of the Seller, and unless otherwise agreed in Writing between the Buyer and the Seller, all prices are given by the Seller on an ex works basis, and where the Seller agrees to deliver the Goods otherwise than at the Seller’s premises, the Buyer shall be liable to pay the Seller’s charges for transport, packaging and insurance.
4.4 The price is exclusive of any applicable value added tax, which the Buyer shall be additionally liable to pay to the Seller.
4.5 The cost of pallets and returnable containers will be charged to the Buyer in addition to the price of the Goods, but full credit will be given to the Buyer provided they are returned undamaged to the Seller before the due payment date.
Price of the Goods. 3.1 Subject to clauses 3.2 and 3.3, the price of Goods shall be the Supplier’s then current published price on the day the order is accepted by the Supplier (“List Price”) except where the Supplier has provided a specific written quotation for the Goods. In the event a quotation expires, the List Price will apply unless the Supplier provides a further specific quotation.
3.2 The Supplier reserves the right, by giving notice to the Customer at any time before delivery, to increase the price of the Goods or the Services to reflect any increase in the cost to the Supplier which is due to any factor beyond the Supplier’s control including, without limitation, (a) foreign exchange rate fluctuations, (b) increases in the costs of labour, materials or other costs of manufacture or assembly, (c) changes in delivery dates, quantities or specifications for the Goods which are requested by the Customer, (d) delays caused by any instructions of the Customer or failure of the Customer to give the Supplier adequate information or instructions or (e) changes in applicable legislation or regulations.
3.3 The List Price or quoted price is exclusive of any applicable carriage and delivery charges, which the Customer shall be additionally liable to pay the Supplier.
Price of the Goods. 4.1. The price of the Goods shall be the price quoted by the Seller to be applicable at the time of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer.
4.2. The Seller reserves the right to increase the contract price notified to the Buyer by the Seller for the Goods, carriage, packaging and any other costs (“the Contract Price”) at any time to cover such additional sums as may from time to time be necessary because of i) any variation in the costs of materials, labour, overheads, transport and delivery, or ii) any factor beyond the control of the Seller (including foreign exchange fluctuations, increases in taxes and duties, and increases in labour, materials and other manufacturing costs).
4.3. Except as otherwise stated under the terms of any quotation or in any price list of the Seller and unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Buyer and the Seller, all prices are given by the Seller on an ex works basis, and where the Seller agrees to deliver the Goods otherwise than at the Seller’s premises, the Buyer shall be liable to pay the Seller’s charges for transport, packaging and insurance. In any event and subject to the other terms of these Conditions, any quotation given by the Seller shall not constitute an offer, and is only valid for a period of 20 Business Days from its date of issue.
4.4. The charges for services shall be calculated on a time and materials basis and shall be calculated in accordance with the Seller's daily fee rates, as set out in its current price list at the date of the Contract or as increased from time to time
4.5. The Seller shall be entitled to charge the Buyer for any expenses reasonably incurred by the individuals whom the Seller engages in connection with the services including travelling expenses, hotel costs, subsistence and any associated expenses, and for the cost of services provided by third parties and required by the Seller for the performance of the services, and for the cost of any materials.
4.6. The price for Goods is exclusive of any applicable value added tax, surcharges, delivery charge or other charges which the Buyer shall be additionally liable to pay to the Seller.
Price of the Goods. 1. Prices of the Goods shall be stated in rubles and indicated in waybills and proforma invoices enclosed with each consignment.
Price of the Goods. 3.1 Except as otherwise agreed in writing between the Supplier and the Customer, the prices for all Goods to be supplied under this contract shall be the Supplier’s [Ex works/FOB – specify any other basis] list prices from time to time.
3.2 The Supplier shall:
3.2.1 Supply the Customer with copies of the Supplier’s [Ex works/FOB
3.2.2 Give the Customer not less than [specify period] months’ notice in writing of any alteration in those prices, and the prices as so altered shall apply to all Goods delivered on and after the applicable date of the increase, including outstanding orders.
Price of the Goods. 18.1 The price for the Goods will be the price specified in the acknowledgement of order, is inclusive of packaging to a commercial standard and, unless otherwise expressly specified in such written acknowledgement of order, is exclusive of any:
18.1.1 costs of carriage of the Goods; and
18.1.2 value added tax or other applicable sales tax or duty which will be added to the sum in question.
18.2 cost of any pallets and returnable packaging or containers, which will be paid for by Buyer in addition to the price for the Goods when it is due to pay for the Goods.
Price of the Goods. 4.1. The Buyer shall pay for the Goods at the unit price indicated overleaf multiplied by the quantity of Goods delivered under the Contract plus any commission, interest and other costs and expenses to be borne and paid by the Buyer as indicated overleaf.
4.2. The Seller reserves the right, by giving written notice to the Buyer at any time before delivery, to increase the price of the Goods to reflect any increase in the cost to the Seller which is due to Force Majeure or any factor beyond the control of the Seller (such as, without limitation, any foreign exchange fluctuation, currency regulation, alteration of duties, increased or additional taxes or other governmental charges, increased or additional freight charges and/or surcharges, increased or additional premium for insurance of the Goods, significant increase in the costs of labour, materials or other costs of manufacture), any change in delivery dates, quantities or specifications for the Goods which is requested by the Buyer, or any delay caused by any instructions of the Buyer or failure of the Buyer to give the Seller adequate information or instructions.
4.3. The price is exclusive of any applicable tax (including, without limitation, goods and services tax) which the Buyer shall be additionally liable to pay to the Seller.
4.4. All taxes, duties, charges, fees, levies and other fiscal impositions which may at any time be charged or payable outside Singapore in respect of the Goods shall be borne and paid by the Buyer.
Price of the Goods. 4.1 The price of the Goods shall be TWHC quoted price or, where no price has been quoted, the price listed in any TWHC published price list current at the date of acceptance of the order.
4.2 TWHC reserves the right by giving notice to the Buyer at any time before delivery, to increase the price of the Goods to reflect any increase in the cost to TWHC which is due to any factor beyond the reasonable control of TWHC, any change in delivery dates, quantities or specifications for Goods which is requested by TWHC, or any delay caused by instructions of the Buyer or failure of the Buyer to give TWHC accurate information or instructions.
4.3 Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Buyer and TWHC all prices are given by TWHC on an Ex Works basis, the Buyer shall be liable to pay costs of packaging, transport, insurance, freight, taxes, duties or handling charges.
4.4 The Buyer is solely responsible for obtaining any export license required in the event of the resale of any of the Goods.
