Other Provisions Relating to the Grievance Procedure. A. No reprisal of any kind shall be taken by or against any participant in the grievance procedure by reason of such participation. B. Time limits herein may be extended only by mutual agreement, signed by the authorized representatives of each party. In the event a grievance is filed after May 15 of any year, the Board shall cooperate in processing such grievance at least through Step 3 of the grievance procedure. C. Any grievance not advanced from one-step to the next, within the time limits, shall be deemed resolved by the answer at the previous step. D. Any grievance which arose prior to the effective date of this Contract shall not be processed with the grievance procedure.
