Other Provisions Relating to the Grievance Procedure. A. No reprisals of any kind shall be taken by or against any participant in the grievance procedure by reason of such participation. B. If SEIU/FPSU decides to withdraw its support of an alleged grievance, the individual may continue to process the claim on his/her own, so long as all costs are borne by that individual.
