Other Provisions Relating to the Grievance Procedure. A. No reprisals of any kind shall be taken by or against any participant in the grievance procedure by reason of such participation. B. If SEIU/FPSU decides to withdraw its support of an alleged grievance, the individual may continue to process the claim on his/her own, so long as all costs are borne by that individual. X. Xxxxxxxxx hearings at Levels One, Two and Three will be conducted during the regular work day of the grievant. D. All documents, communications, and records originating as a result of the filing of a grievance shall be filed in a separate grievance file and shall not be kept in the grievant's official personnel file.
