Other Salary. A. All extra-hour employment of nurses shall be remunerated at the hourly rate of $37.00/hour. This rate applies to after-school programs, class trips, club/ athletic trips, and other pre-planned extended day activities.
Other Salary. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Articles of Association of the Company or any Associated Company, Executive shall not be entitled to any other salary or fees as a director or employee of the Company or any Associated Company and Executive shall, as the Company may direct, either waive his right to any such salary or fees or account for the same to the Company.
