Other Seller Deliveries. Any other instruments specifically referred to in this Agreement to carry out Seller’s obligations under this Agreement. Such other instruments, affidavits reports and tax returns as are customarily required of sellers in transactions similar to those contemplated hereunder in the jurisdiction where the Property is located.
Other Seller Deliveries. (i) Any other instruments specifically referred to in this Agreement or necessary to carry out Seller’s obligations under this Agreement in forms reasonably acceptable to the Buyer and, where applicable, duly executed by the Seller; and (ii) such other agreements, instruments, affidavits, reports, tax returns and/or other documents as may reasonably be required by Buyer and its counsel or as are customarily required of sellers in transactions similar to those contemplated hereunder in the jurisdiction where the Property is located to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, all in forms reasonably acceptable to the parties and, where applicable, duly executed by the Seller.
Other Seller Deliveries. The Sellers will deliver to the Buyer:
Other Seller Deliveries. To the extent available to, or in the control or possession of Seller, Existing Operator or any of their respective Affiliates or Manager, those other materials requested on the Purchaser’s due diligence request list attached as Exhibit Q.
Other Seller Deliveries. Seller shall have delivered each of the agreements, certificates and other documents listed on Schedule 3.2 hereto as deliverable by Seller; and
Other Seller Deliveries. Such other instruments, affidavits and tax returns as are customarily executed by Seller of an interest in real property in connection the recording of a deed, including without limitation an owner’s affidavit and if applicable a gap indemnity to the Title Company.
Other Seller Deliveries. Seller shall, after the Closing, deliver to Purchaser, all assignable warranties, all architectural and mechanical plans and other records with respect to the Property, and all permits and approvals related to the Property, and all keys to the Improvements, to the extent such documents and keys are in the possession of Seller.

Other Seller Deliveries. Within five (5) business days after the Closing Date, Seller shall deliver to Buyer copies (or originals, if available) of all Contracts and other Due Diligence Materials, except for Seller’s general ledger and other internal books or records which shall be retained by Seller. Seller shall deliver to Buyer all keys to the Property in Seller’s possession on the Closing Date and all other security devices and passcodes.
