OTHER SERVICES OF CONTRACTOR. 31 7.a. Street Sweeping Services 32 Beginning on March 1, 2015, and continuing until the expiration or termination of 33 this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall provide street sweeping services in 34 accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Attached as Exhibit D to 35 this Agreement is a map depicting the street sweeping schedule. CONTRACTOR 36 may not apply an additional charge for street sweeping service unless specifically 37 authorized by the then current CITY rate setting or for extra services as may be 38 authorized by the CITY under this Agreement, under Section 9.a.
