d. Right to Receive and Release Needed Information Certain facts are needed to apply these COB rules. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana has the right to decide which facts it needs. It may get needed facts from or give them to any other organization or person. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana need not tell, or get the consent of, any person to do this. Each person claiming Benefits under this Plan must give Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana any facts it needs to pay allowable expenses the Claim.
e. Facility of Payment A payment made under another plan may include an amount which should have been paid under This Plan. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana may pay that are covered only partially by both plansamount to the organization which made that payment. That amount will then be treated as though it were a benefit paid under This Plan. To obtain a reimbursementthe extent such payments are made, you must show us what they discharge Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana from further liability. The term "payment made" includes providing Benefits in the primary plan has paid so we can calculate form of services, in which case the savings.
