Other System Costs. A. Defining Other System Costs The other system costs budget is a consolidated budget for applicable career services. This budget includes each of the partner's costs for the service delivery of each applicable career service and a consolidated system budget for career services applicable to more than one partner. Unlike infrastructure cost sharing, other system costs, including "Applicable Career Services" are not limited to the non-personnel costs and include all costs related to the administration and delivery of those services.
