Common use of OTHER TENANT COSTS & EXPENSES Clause in Contracts

OTHER TENANT COSTS & EXPENSES. All costs and expenses which Tenant assumes or agrees to pay to Landlord pursuant to this Lease, including without limitation costs of construction and alterations, shall be deemed additional rent and, in the event of nonpayment thereof, Landlord shall have all the rights and remedies herein provided for in case of nonpayment of rent, including assessment of late payment fees.
