Moving & Deliveries. (a) Moving in or out of the building is prohibited on days and hours specified in Section 1.8. Tenant shall provide Landlord with forty-eight (48) hours advanced written notice of any move and obtain Landlord's approval therefor in order to facilitate scheduling use of freight elevators and loading area.

Moving & Deliveries. (a) Moving in or out of the building is prohibited on days and hours specified in Section 1.8. Tenant shall provide Landlord with forty-eight (48) hours advanced written notice of any move and obtain Landlord's approval therefor in order to facilitate scheduling use of freight elevators and loading area. (b) No freight, furniture or other bulky matter of any description shall be received into the building or carried in the elevators, except as authorized by Landlord. All moving of furniture, material and equipment shall be under the direct control and supervision of Landlord, who shall, however, not be responsible for any damage to or charges for moving same. Tenant shall promptly remove from the public area adjacent to said building any of Tenant's property delivered or deposited there.
Moving & Deliveries. The scheduling of moves of any tenant's furniture, equipment or deliveries of every kind into or out of the Building or its premises is subject to the reasonable discretion of Landlord. There shall not be used in any space, or in the Common Areas of the Building, either by any tenant or others, any hand trucks except those equipped with rubber tires and rubber side and bottom guards. 47 EXHIBIT "F"
Moving & Deliveries. Except upon initial move-in and move-out, no freight, furniture or other bulky matter of any description shall be received into the Building or carried in the elevators, without Landlord’s prior written approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Tenant shall promptly remove from the public areas within or adjacent to the Building any of Tenant’s property delivered or deposited there, and shall be responsible for any damage to the Building or the Premises caused by its moving and deliveries.
Moving & Deliveries. You may move furniture to and from the Apartment only between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM unless the Community designates different hours. You must remove packing cases, barrels or boxes you use, and if you leave packing material in the Common Areas, you must pay our cost of removing it for you. You must make deliveries through the service accesses we designate.

  • Closing Deliveries (a) On or prior to the Closing, the Company shall issue, deliver or cause to be delivered to each Purchaser the following (the “Company Deliverables”):

The Estimated Purchase Price Certificate will be prepared in accordance with the Calculation Principles, and will not include any changes in assets or liabilities as a result of purchase accounting adjustments arising from, or resulting as a consequence of, the Transactions. The Seller shall (x) provide supporting documentation as may be reasonably requested by the Buyer in order to allow it to review the calculations set forth in the Estimated Purchase Price Certificate, and (y) make appropriate revisions to the Estimated Purchase Price Certificate as are mutually agreed upon by the Seller and the Buyer acting in good faith; provided that if the parties cannot mutually agree upon any proposed revisions to the Estimated Purchase Price Certificate, then, the parties shall use estimates set forth in the Estimated Purchase Price Certificate as prepared by the Seller for Closing, and the Buyer may thereafter seek adjustments pursuant to the remaining provisions of this Section 1.8; and
