Common use of Other Transportation Clause in Contracts

Other Transportation. When an employee is required or authorized to use public transportation other than his/her private vehicle such as air, train, boat, taxi, etc., the actual expenses including taxes and other charges shall be advanced the employee if possible and, if not advanced, shall be reimbursed to the employee upon presentation of receipts to the City.
