EXHIBIT B TENANT WORK LETTER This Tenant Work Letter shall set forth the terms and conditions relating to the construction of the Tenant Improvements in the Premises. This Tenant Work Letter is essentially organized chronologically and addresses the issues of the construction of the Premises, in sequence, as such issues will arise during the actual construction of the Premises.

It shall not be deemed to be a warranty, representation or agreement on the part of Landlord that the Premises will be, or will remain, as depicted hereon, or that the tenants shown hereon (if any) are now, or will be, in occupancy at any time during the Lease Term.
