Outreach Plan. The Contractor shall keep the Department informed of the construction activities and their potential impact on the community and shall develop a community outreach plan (the “Outreach Plan”). The Contractor shall submit the Outreach Plan to the Department prior to its implementation which shall be subject to the Department’s review and approval.
