Outside police employment is prohibited unless authorized by the applicable law enforcement agency/jurisdiction and approved by the University President, or his designee. Any outside employment shall be in accordance with the University and the Department’s written directives regarding outside employment.

Extra duty law enforcement agency/jurisdiction by members of the Department shall be limited to overtime details organized through and approved sanctioned by the University President, or his designee.
