Overcharging. Where you have been overcharged, we will inform you within 10 business days of becoming aware of that overcharging and: (a) if you have already paid that amount, credit that amount in a subsequent bill as soon as reasonably practicable; or (b) if you have ceased to purchase customer retail services from us, use our best endeavours to pay that amount to you within 10 business days.
