Common use of Overcharging Clause in Contracts

Overcharging. (a) Where you have been overcharged, we will inform you as soon as possible after we become aware of the overcharge and, if you have already paid that amount, we will credit that amount to your account in accordance with clause 9.7. However, if you request otherwise (e.g. request a refund), we will comply with that request.
