Common use of Overdraft Transfers Clause in Contracts

Overdraft Transfers. If the Credit Union approves a transfer of funds from your Share Savings Account due to an overdraft, it will authorize and pay items drawn on insufficient funds in your account by transferring the necessary funds pursuant to the transfer limitations set forth in your Share Account Information Disclosure under Account Features and Limitations. The service charge for overdraft transfers, if any, is set forth on the Service Charges Schedule.
