Overload Field Supervision. Effective Spring 2017, any overload field supervision will be compensated. An hour of overload field supervision is defined as a scheduled hour of supervision that takes place each week of the semester in addition to the contractually required hours of supervision per week. Each hour of overload supervision receives ½ hour compensation at the Lab Overload rate.
