OVERSHIPMENTS Sample Clauses

OVERSHIPMENTS. Seller is instructed to ship only the quantity(ies) of Goods specified in this order. However, any deviation caused by conditions of loading, shipping, packing or allowances in manufacturing processes may by accepted by Buyer according to the overshipment allowance indicated on the face hereof. If no allowance is shown, it shall be zero percent (0%). Buyer reserves the right to return any overshipment in excess of the allowance at Seller's expense.

OVERSHIPMENTS. Buyer will pay only for maximum quantities ordered. Overshipments will be held at Seller's risk and expense for a reasonable time awaiting shipping instructions. Return shipping charges for excess quantities will be at Seller's expense.

OVERSHIPMENTS. Overshipments of more than ten percent (10%) of the specified quantity of Goods shall not be accepted by Buyer. If no allowance is shown, it shall be 0% (zero percent). EMS reserves the right to return any overshipment in excess of the allowance at the Seller’s expense.
OVERSHIPMENTS. Goods delivered under this Order in excess of the quantity specified may be retained by Buyer at no additional cost to Buyer.
OVERSHIPMENTS. 7.1. Xxxxx agrees to pay only for the ordered quantities, provided that such quantities can be subject to the provisions of Section 5 above. Over shipments will be held at Seller's sole risk and expense for a period of time not exceeding ten (10) days from the date of delivery. After such period of time has elapsed without Seller taking back the Goods or sending instructions for shipment at Seller's expense, Xxxxx will return Goods exceeding the ordered quantities to Seller at Seller's sole risk and expense.
