Overtime (Extended Tour of Duty. (a) Any overtime incurred under this Agreement shall be calculated on the basis of the number of hours worked, multiplied by one and one-half (1½) or two (2) as the case may be, and the results taken to the nearest hour. Hours worked in excess of the normal work day shall be compensated for on the following basis:
