Overtime on Saturday or First Scheduled Day Off. (a) Every employee (other than Operating Engineers) shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times his hourly rate for all work performed and required by the Company on a Saturday and two (2) times his hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of the first eight (8). In the course of accumulating a forty-hour week, shifts which commence on Friday will be at regular rate.
