Overtime Work. Where an employee works hours which exceed the employee’s scheduled daily hours of work, or an average of 40 hours per week over one complete shift cycle, the employee shall be paid such excess hours in accordance with the overtime premium of twice their regular rate of pay for each additional hour worked.
