Owner Entity Documents. All documents evidencing the formation of the Owner Entity, its rights and obligations with regard to the general and limited partners and or members, including but not limited to the payment of Housing Authority fees, guarantees, and pledges (collectively, the “Owner Entity Documents”) shall be subject to the reasonable approval of the City.
