Subsidiary Agreements definition

Subsidiary Agreements means said agreements collectively.
Subsidiary Agreements means the agreements referred to in Section I.A of Schedule 2 to this Agreement pursuant to which the Recipient shall make part of the proceeds of the Grant, the XXX Financing and the Co-financings from the GEF and GPOBA available to the Project Implementing Entities.

Subsidiary Agreements means agreements between the Minister and State Ministers, for the purposes of giving effect to the principles, objectives and outcomes of this Agreement, including those relating to:
