Owner Notice of Acceptance Test Commencement. Subject to the election notification requirements of subsection 4.6(A) (Election of the Owner to Direct the Timing of the Commencement of the Acceptance Test), the Owner shall have the right to direct the Design-Builder to commence the Acceptance Test upon 15 days notice at any time during the 180 day period following the Acceptance Test Readiness Date. The date that is 15 days following the date of the Owner’s notice delivered pursuant to this Section shall be the “Specified Acceptance Test Commencement Date”. The Design-Builder shall commence the Acceptance Test on the Specified Acceptance Test Commencement Date in accordance with the specific requirements set forth in Section 4.3 (Acceptance Testing) and Appendix 7 (Acceptance Test Requirements and Procedures).
