Readiness Date definition

Readiness Date shall have the meaning attributed to it in Article 9.1;

Readiness Date means the date by which Kwikclick will provide the fully functioning Software to NewAge, which will allow NewAge to load vendors and products for sale to Brand Partners and NewAge customers. The Readiness Date will be on or before September 7, 2021.

Readiness Date shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 7.A.

Examples of Readiness Date in a sentence

• As of the Readiness Date the Applicant shall become a Participant and be bound to all the obligations, and entitled to all the benefits, set out in the Rulebook.

• If TSP and the Joint Board cannot agree as to the Pre-Toll Operations Readiness Date, such issue shall be submitted for dispute resolution in accordance with Section 19.

• The Joint Board shall assess and TSP shall pay the following amounts per day Delay Liquidated Damages with respect to each day from and after the Tolling Readiness Deadline, if such deadline is not achieved, to and including the actual date of Tolling Readiness, but not to exceed 180 days, for TSP’s failure to achieve Tolling Readiness by the Tolling Readiness Date.

Readiness Date means the date on which the Aircraft will be offered by Bombardier for Buyer’s final ground and flight acceptance (as notified by Bombardier to Buyer);

Readiness Date means the date on which the Aircraft will be ready for Frontier’s inspection, acceptance flight and acceptance (as notified by Bombardier to Frontier) which date, pursuant to Article 8.1, shall not be later than the [***] of the Scheduled Delivery Month;

Readiness Date means the date on which the Aircraft will be ready for Buyer's inspection, acceptance flight and acceptance (as notified by Bombardier to Buyer); "Reconfirmable Aircraft" has the meaning set out in Schedule 4 to Supplement 1. Readiness Date shall have the meaning set forth on Schedule H.
