Owner’s Affidavit. The Owner’s Affidavit materials referred to in Section 13(d) above.
Owner’s Affidavit an owner's affidavit and such other similar documents as are reasonably required from Seller pursuant to the Title Commitment as a condition precedent to the issuance of an owner's title insurance policy pursuant to the terms thereof.
Owner’s Affidavit. An executed affidavit or other document acceptable to the Title Company in issuing the Title Policy without exception for possible lien claims of mechanics, laborers and materialmen or for parties in possession, as applicable.

Owner’s Affidavit. In the event Purchaser purchases an Owner’s Policy of Title Insurance, an executed affidavit or other document acceptable to Seller and the Title Company in issuing the Owner’s Policy without exception for possible lien claims of mechanics, laborers and materialmen.

An Affidavit, in form customarily and reasonably acceptable to the Title Company and Seller, sufficient to permit the Title Company (as hereinafter defined) to delete the “gap exception” and all standard exceptions (other than taxes not yet due and payable) from the title insurance policy.
Owner’s Affidavit. The Seller shall deliver to the Purchaser a standard owner’s affidavit sufficient for the Purchaser to obtain title insurance for the Property free from all exceptions other than Permitted Exceptions.
Owner’s Affidavit. The general partners of Property Owner shall deliver to an Owner's Affidavit which shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit S and a Non-Imputation Affidavit which shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit T.
