Owner’s Affidavit. The Owner’s Affidavit materials referred to in Section 13(d) above.

Owner’s Affidavit. An executed affidavit or other document acceptable to the Title Company in issuing the Owner's Policy without exception for possible lien claims of mechanics, laborers and materialmen or for parties in possession, as applicable.

Owner’s Affidavit an owner's affidavit and such other similar documents as are reasonably required from Seller pursuant to the Title Commitment as a condition precedent to the issuance of an owner's title insurance policy pursuant to the terms thereof.
