Common use of Owner’s Assignment Clause in Contracts

Owner’s Assignment. Owner shall have the right to assign or otherwise transfer all or any part of its interest in this Agreement or the Property. No change in ownership of Owner’s interest in the Property shall affect NCG’s obligations under this Agreement unless and until Owner delivers and NCG receives copies of the documents which demonstrate the change in ownership of Owner’s interest. Until NCG receives Owner’s notice and the documents required to be delivered under this Section, NCG may continue to make all payments under this Agreement as if the transfer of Owner’s Ownership interest had not occurred. No division of Owner’s ownership as to all or any part of the Property shall enlarge NCG’s obligations or diminish NCG’s rights under this Agreement.
