Ownership of Customer Records. A. All records of the accounts of customers and debtors, disks, files, ledgers, tapes and other storage devices and any and all records and books relating in any manner whatsoever to the customers of Employer, including, but not limited to, credit reports or memorandum, reports of transactions made to Employer, and demographic or economic data discovered by Employee during the term of this Agreement, whether prepared by Employee or otherwise coming into Employee's possession, shall be the exclusive property of Employer regardless of who actually purchased the original book, record, tape, disk or other storage device.
B. All such books, records, disks, and storage devices shall be immediately returned to Employer by Employee on any termination of the employment term.
C. If Employee produces any record, book, ledger, tape, disk, or similar storage device to be used for record keeping, Employee shall immediately notify Employer, who shall then immediately reimburse Employee for any costs incurred by Employee; provided, however, such costs were authorized by Employer in advance.
Ownership of Customer Records. Contractor agrees that Company or subsidiary owned records of the accounts of customers, Company or subsidiary owned route books, and other Company or subsidiary owned records and books specifically relating to customers, are the exclusive property of the Company. Upon request by the Company, Contractor will immediately deliver such records, books, and records to the Company. In the event that Contractor individually purchases such original books or records, Contractor shall immediately notify the Company, who shall then reimburse Contractor for such purchases, and the books or records will become Company property.
Ownership of Customer Records. All records of the accounts of customers and any other records and books relating in any manner whatsoever to the customers of Employer, whether prepared by Executive or otherwise, shall be the exclusive property of Employer regardless of who actually purchased the original book or record.
Ownership of Customer Records. All records of the accounts of customers, and any other records and books relating in any manner whatsoever to the customers of the Bank, whether prepared by Consultant or otherwise coming into his possession, shall be the exclusive property of Bank regardless of who actually purchased the original book or record. All such books and records shall be immediately returned to the Bank by Consultant upon the termination of this Agreement.
Ownership of Customer Records. Agent and Citizens agree that Citizens does not own the Customer Records, but that the ownership of Customer Records will be determined by the terms of the contractual relationship between the Agent and the Agency. To the extent such Customer Records are owned by Agent, Agent grants to Citizens an irrevocable license to use and distribute Transmitted Records in the normal course of business. Such license shall survive this Agreement. Citizens will not use the Transmitted Records to solicit policies, and such records will not be shared with third parties except as set forth in or otherwise authorized by applicable laws, rules, or the rules of administrative, civil, or criminal procedure.
Ownership of Customer Records. I acknowledge that my relationship with customers may make me privy to information that generally is not public knowledge. All such information and any record relating in any manner whatsoever to the customers of the Company, whether prepared by me or otherwise, shall be the exclusive property of the Company. I shall immediately return to the Company all such records upon request and also upon termination of my employment.
Ownership of Customer Records. All records of the accounts of customers of ACL or Service Provider and any other records and books relating in any manner to said customers, whether prepared by Subcontractor or otherwise coming into Subcontractor's possession, shall be and remain the exclusive property of Service Provider regardless of who actually prepared the original book or record. All books and records shall be immediately returned to ACL by Subcontractor upon termination of this Agreement.
Ownership of Customer Records. Any and all records or books relating in any manner whatsoever to the business of AFN, including but not limited to literature, forms, manuals, records, lists, supplies, memoranda, and/or client databases and other electronic computer media (collectively “Customer Records”), shall be the permanent and exclusive property of AFN and shall be used exclusively for AFN’s benefit (except as noted in the paragraph below). This includes any Customer Records generated by Employee while employed by AFN. Employee shall return to AFN all such Customer Records immediately upon termination of employment and is thereafter expressly prohibited from using such Customer Records for any purpose whatsoever.

All records of the accounts of customers, customer lists, route books, and any other records and books relating in any manner whatsoever to the customers of Employer, whether prepared by Salesman or coming into his possession in any other manner, shall be the exclusive property of Employer. All such books and records shall be immediately returned by Salesperson to Employer on the termination of this Agreement.

All customer agreements, and any other agreements and books relating to the Employer, whether prepared by Employee or otherwise coming into his possession, shall be the exclusive property of the Employer. All agreements, records and books shall be immediately returned to the Employer on termination of employment.
