Ownership of Infrastructure. Notwithstanding any degree of annexation or affixation, or rule of law or equity to the contrary, all components of the Infrastructure and additions or extensions thereto will be and remain the property of and vest in the Grantee, and the Grantee may, but shall not be obligated to, remove any or all such all components of the Infrastructure and additions or extensions thereto on termination of this Agreement.
Ownership of Infrastructure.
(a) CWW will own all infrastructure outlined in section 1 of SCHEDULE 3
(b) The Customer will own all Infrastructure outlined in section 2 of SCHEDULE 3.
Ownership of Infrastructure. 10.1. Ownership and Risks of the property will pass to the Municipality at the end of the Contract Term, if the Municipality elects not to renew the agreement.

The County and City shall retain ownership of their respective wastewater collection and treatment system infrastructure, including any improvements, which may be funded in part by the other party (County or City). The City’s direct or indirect contribution of funds for improvements to the County’s infrastructure shall not in any way extend or convey any ownership interest or right to physically control any portion of the County’s sewage collection, conveyance, or treatment infrastructure, unless otherwise established in this Agreement or other future agreements. In a similar way, should the County directly or indirectly contribute funds for improvements to the City’s sewer system infrastructure this shall not in any way extend or convey any ownership interest or right to physically control any portion of the City’s sewage collection, conveyance or treatment infrastructure, unless otherwise established in this Agreement or other future agreements.
Ownership of Infrastructure. The Municipality of Kincardine will retain ownership of all works that occur on municipal land.
