Ownership of Vendor. In the circumstances, the Vendor has become and is the sole and absolute owner of the Said Premises together with the benefit of the Sanctioned Plans and other appurtenances, sanctions or approvals. A. Common Portions as are common between the co-owners of a Block: 1. Areas: (a) Covered paths and passages, lobbies, staircases, landings of the Block and open paths and passages appurtenant or attributable to the Block. (b) Stair head room, caretaker room and electric meter room of the Block. (c) Lift machine room, chute and lift well of the Block. (d) Common installations on the Common Roof. (e) Common staff toilet in the ground floor of the Block. (f) Common Roof above the top floor of the block. 2. Water and Plumbing: (a) Overhead water tank, water pipes and sewerage pipes of the Block (save those inside any Flat). (b) Drains, sewerage pits and pipes within the Block (save those inside any Flat) or attributable thereto.

Ownership of Vendor. The Owner hereby represents to the Buyer that in the events and circumstances as mentioned in a Deed of Declaration dated 29.06.2015, registered in the Office of the District Sub Registrar - III, North 24 Parganas Barasat, in Book No. I, Volume No. 1525-2015, at Pages 29405 to 29439, being Deed No. 152507117 for the year 2015, the Owner became the sole and absolute owner of the Said Property as mentioned in the 1st Schedule below.
Ownership of Vendor. On the Closing Date, the only members of the Vendor will be F&F Capital Investment, Inc. and Stockbridge Realty Investor - Arizona, Inc., both of whom are "accredited investors" within the meaning of the Accredited Investor Questionnaire attached hereto as Schedule "F".
Ownership of Vendor. Skollsberg and Anne Xxxixxxxx Xxxllsberg are the owners of all of the issued and outstanding shares in the capital of the Vendor.

  • Ownership of Marks Each party acknowledges and agrees that (a) the other party's Marks are and shall remain the sole property of the other party, (b) nothing in the Agreement shall confer in a party any right of ownership or license rights in the other party's Marks, and (c) neither party shall register the other party's Marks in any jurisdiction. In addition, Licensee acknowledges and agrees that (i) the Marks of Third-Party Licensors are and shall remain the sole property of such Third- Party Licensors, (ii) nothing in the Agreement shall confer in Licensee any right of ownership or license rights in the Marks of Third-Party Licensors, and (iii) Licensee shall not register the Marks of Third-Party Licensors. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Licensee agrees not to use or adopt any trade name, trademark, logo or service mark which is so similar to Fannie Mae's Marks or the Marks of Third-Party Licensors as to be likely to cause deception or confusion, or which is graphically or phonetically similar to any of Fannie Mae's Marks or the Marks of Third-Party Licensors.

  • Ownership of Seller Credit Acceptance is the sole owner of the membership interests of the Seller, all of which are fully paid and nonassessable and owned of record, free and clear of all mortgages, assignments, pledges, security interests, warrants, options and rights to purchase.
