Paid and Items Returned Unpaid. If you do not have sufficient funds available in the aggregate from all sources (your available balance and any linked eligible accounts) to cover the amount of an item presented to us for payment, we may, at our sole discretion, either: • Pay the item, even though you do not have a sufficient Available Balance in your account (courtesy pay). If we pay an item, we will do so, regardless of amount, in accordance with our normal operating procedures for such items. If we decide, in our sole discretion, to pay an overdraft, then we will charge you an Overdraft Fee, as provided in our Personal Fee Schedule. When an item is paid and creates an overdraft, you agree and authorize us to pay the item from funds from another of your accounts or from funds subsequently deposited in the account, including direct deposits of governmental benefits, such as Social Security. Any negative balance in your account is immediately due and payable unless we otherwise agree in writing. • Not authorize the debit-card purchase or payment transaction or ATM withdrawal, or not pay and return the check, ACH payment, or other item drawn against non-sufficient or unavailable funds in your account (when the Available Balance in your account is not enough to cover the item), even though we previously established a pattern of honoring such items. We are not obligated to notify you before we decide to not authorize an item or not pay an item.

  • Items Returned Unpaid A written notice will be sent to you of transactions we are unable to process because of returned items. With respect to any item that you transmit to us for remote deposit that we credit to your account, in the event such item is dishonored, you authorize us to debit the amount of such item from your account.

  • Interest on Unpaid Balances Interest on any unpaid amount (including amounts placed in escrow) shall be calculated in accordance with the method specified for interest on refunds in the Commission’s regulations at 18 C.F.R. § 35.19a (a)(2)(iii).   • Other Unpaid Leaves It is agreed that this provision will be interpreted in a manner consistent with the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Employment Standards Act.

  • Extended Unpaid Leave Upon written request, a permanent employee who has completed two (2) years of service shall be granted unpaid leave to a maximum of twelve (12) months, subject to the operational requirements of the Employer's operations and the availability of qualified replacement staff. An employee shall be entitled to up to a maximum of twelve (12) months unpaid leave for each two (2) years of service with the understanding that no employee can have more than twelve (12) consecutive months of unpaid leave at any one time. While on such leave employees shall continue to accumulate service, unless they would have been otherwise laid off, for seniority purposes only. The minimum amount of unpaid leave an employee may have under this Clause is eight (8) weeks. An employee will not be granted extended unpaid leave to take another position with the same Employer whether inside or outside a bargaining unit.

  • State Interest Liabilities 8.6.1 The State shall be liable for interest on Federal funds from the date Federal funds are credited to a State account until the date those funds are paid out for program purposes.

  • Union Dues Deductions It shall be a condition of employment for all Nurses in the Bargaining Unit, that dues be deducted from their bi-weekly salary in the amount determined by the Union.   • Overtime-Eligible Unpaid Meal Periods ‌ The Employer and the Union agree to unpaid meal periods that vary from and supersede the unpaid meal period requirements of WAC 000-000-000. Unpaid meal periods for employees working more than five (5) consecutive hours, if entitled, will be a minimum of thirty (30) minutes and will be scheduled as close to the middle of the work shift as possible. Employees working three (3) or more hours longer than a normal workday will be allowed an additional thirty (30) minute unpaid meal period. When an employee’s unpaid meal period is interrupted by work duties, the employee will be allowed to resume their unpaid meal period following the interruption, if possible, to complete the unpaid meal period. In the event an employee is unable to complete the unpaid meal period due to operational necessity, the employee will be entitled to compensation, which will be computed based on the actual number of minutes worked within the unpaid meal period. Meal periods may not be used for late arrival or early departure from work and meal and rest periods will not be combined.

  • Scheduled Unpaid Leave Plan The following Scheduled Unpaid Leave Plan (SULP) is available to all permanent employees for the 2020-2021, and 2021-2022 school years. Employees approved for SULP days shall not be replaced. For employees who work a ten (10) month year a school board will identify:

  • Interest on Deposit Liabilities The Assuming Institution agrees that, from and after Bank Closing, it will accrue and pay interest on Deposit liabilities assumed pursuant to Section 2.1 at a rate(s) it shall determine; provided, that for non-transaction Deposit liabilities such rate(s) shall not be less than the lowest rate offered by the Assuming Institution to its depositors for non-transaction deposit accounts.
